How is a transfer switch wired into your house?



Answers:
Through your house electrical panel or load center. Your transfer switch is usually close to the load center. I think most have six to ten circuits. You choose six/ten circuits you want to work in an emergency and wire one transfer switch wire to each circuit. You would probably get directions with your transfer switch or you can go online to look it up. That's all I know.
