NO a nuclear bomb will not kill roaches. boric sharp will do the tric but it is slow going. i suggest a pest control agency.
Mix boric acid powder next to sugar, put in a lid of some sort and put underneath your cabinets. If you own small children, be sure to keep them away or use cabinet locks or something. There's other the roach motels, but I don't know how effective they are. If you live contained by an apartment, you will have a not easy time getting rid of them because you share walls with other citizens who may not care if they own roaches. What they need to do is spray the entire building for it to be powerful.
Two dishes. One with wet, the other with baking soda. The internal organs of roaches cannot expand for the gasses created by the mix. They will die.
I tried cement traps which I baited near food but the roaches didn't go to them. I also tried boric acerbic with minimal results. The trick is to find the nest and verbs that then spread the boric bitter around with a spoon making sure not to inhale it approaching I did.
