Broke the zipper stopper on my sweatshirt?

I don't know officially what its call, but its the "stopper" that stops the zipper in the fully down position. Yeah, that get ripped off surrounded by the dryer with a nouns of laundry. I went to the dry cleaners that own done hemming and stuff for me, but they said they can only remove and replace the entire zipper and the adjectives track, for $25. I know thats not a lot of lolly, but it's more than the actual sweatshirt! Plus, I really don't want a whole unmarked zipper tract put on. It looks like the antiquated one was simply crimped on. Have you ever fixed this part, and what do you recommend?

Answers:    I usually sew closely of thread around the end, so that it make a substitute stopper. Works pretty well. Even use embroidery thread, it's thicker, so you don't own to use as much for the same effect.
Kallie girl have already answered the way I fix this problem too.
