How can I get rid of moths around my front door at night?

I definitely need my porch light on at night, but at the same time it attracts like a seemingly endless parade of moths. I would not mind it so much so if they didn't happen to fly right in the house every time I open the door. Then there in heaven because naturally lights are on all over the place in my house. Any suggestions?

Turn off your pourch light.
Get a bug light (usually yellow) as they are not as attracted to it as a white bulb.
switch off ALL your lights if u can help it.

after all, an hour of inconvenience might lead to less annoyance.
A red lightbulb.
Moths and bugs are drawn to light, either turn the light off, or get one of those yellow bug repellent bulbs. Not sure how well the yellow bulbs work tho... maybe even a motion detector, so the light will only go on when you need it to.
Those yellow bug lights seem to work pretty well. Then there are those electronic zappers that lure them in to the electric grid. If you're not opposed to that kind of extermination, the cost to run a small zapper is less than a dime a month (according to my own energy bills.)
They make special light bulbs that do not attrach bugs. :)
You need a bug light, like this one:
