Do i still have right of way through neighbours garden which I haven't used in 6 years?

Answers:
Depends on:

1) The document (if any) that first gave you the right of way;
2) The purpose of the right of way (such as access to your house if no other access is available from the street);
3) The laws of your state, country or province.

Without that info, it would be hard to say.

Whether you use it or not doesn't matter....if you have legal documentation stating you have a right of way, you have a right of way.
no, trespassing on private property is not legal.
If it has been surveyed as a right-of-way for you, then yes. If your neighbors have changed over the years, I might talk with them just to make sure there are no problems.
Depends where the property line is really. If you are like behind them or such to where you had a right of way through their property legally then yes usually until 10 years pass without use. If it hadn't been used in more than 10 years then your neighbors could claim a grandfathers clause and not allow you to use it anymore.
Generally you only have a right of way if its the only reasonable access to your property. If you've gotten along without it for 6 years, that's pretty good evidence its NOT the only reasonable access.
