How can i save neighbor's cats from urinating on my fund deck?
Answers: There's something out there that smells resembling ammonia, which is a "pee here" cue for cats. Wash the area thoroughly near plain water and an enzymatic cleaner close to OdoMute. Make sure you follow all instructions. (do a look into for rec.pets.cats.faqs -- somewhere, I think surrounded by the miscellaneous faq, are good instructions).
If this continues after cleaning and deodorizing, consider red peel or one of the motion-activated sprinklers.
Put double stick cartridge where they pee.
They abhor that.
Or spray a really stinky perfum.
Or hose them when they come or spray them with a spray bottle.
It works!
First you must throughy verbs the door and the back deck. I step to the pet store and buy a cleaner specifically for this. They also make a spray that repels cats and dogs. It is used contained by training animals not to urinate or potty in specific places. I enjoy sucessfully trained indoor cats not to lie on my leather sofa! You can even find this spray surrounded by the pet section of your local supermarket. I would also sprinkle lots of cayenne pepper and black pepper around the boundary of the house and anywhere the cats congregate. Mix the pepper in some vegetable grease and you spray this around the deck also.
take the cats to the pound your neighbors are not totally responsible pet owners
