2nd house : 550 $ without dinner, 20 minute to conservatory, nice room

Answers: The second one is best. The money you save on rent you can buy your own supper. If you are a youthful person the distance should not be a factor, appreciate the exercise. It is nice to own a room your are happy to come backbone to each light of day rather than some thoughtful of dungeon.
2nd house. Its cheaper and nicer. No dinner, but you will have more flexibility for dinner. Only problem is the longer commute time, but with the sole purpose 15 minutes difference is not much.
