What type of cactus is showing within this photo?

I am growing some type of cactus in my home veranda in Cairo, Egypt. The cactus have grown strong and gave 'birth' to bright ones. I want to take fastidiousness of it and help it grown even more.

I want to read more online roughly this type of cactus I am growing but I do not know it's name! I own taken a photo of it today morning and would like to know its pet name from someone who has experience surrounded by plants.

It is a succulent, from the Cactus family.
