What is the most comforting thing you have in your home?

My oversized recliner...now these days they call it a chair and a half.
Sit in that one , you don't wanna get up.

I was going to say hubby's lap, but that is not always 'comfortable', so, ix-nay to the ap-lay....I will say my sitting room, it is MY room, filled with MY crap..driftwood, shells,pictures, paintings, my art stuff, music...the place I go when I want to be myself.

i would like to say that the most comfortable thing in my home is my bathtub,my bed, my garden,and the love i recieve from my family!
I Love my furry blanket (minky blanket in australia). Whats better than having a cosy blanket on a comfy couch,& maybe a hot drink. Obviously not in summer in oz but its pretty much winter here now. Perfect 'snuggle' weather.

Crawling into my bed at night, grabbing my book of the moment and settling in for some fantastic adventures.
Next to that would come the fridge and pantry.....lol
I got 2 pair of cat in the hat socks, i wear these when i am not planning on going anywhere,which means everything is ok,so yeah these socks equate to comfort in my life.
Hmmm...my kids and our photo albums. Very comforting.

It sued to be my cat, but he's changed.
My family...they are in and out a lot, but most of the time someone is here, sometimes they drive me crazy but most of the time there is fun going on, and when problems arise there is always some support. And my two-year old granddaughter is here almost every day! What a comfort for her to wrap her tiny little arms around my neck and give me kiss and say "Yu Yoo".
