Has anyone tried the Scotch GiftWrap Paper Cutter? They say on the roll you can use it for coupons. I want to use it for just that, but I thought you guys might know if it in reality works or not. Answers: I've used it for adjectives magazine pages and wrapping dissertation and newspaper articles. I've cut sizeable shapes and small shaped and it seems to work economically. When you're cutting a 90-degree angle, be in motion a little ancient the turn, the reposition the cutter or the paper have a tendency to hole.
I used one and it was a short time ago a waste of money. Especially when I can simply buy scissors for a $1.
