You don't say what you want it for. If it is to remove a specific stain from an item of clothing then try spot-on as it is good for removing certain types of stains. Alternatively try vanish soap. Though not supposed to contain bleach it is effective at removing unwanted stains on cloths, without bleaching the rest of the garment like liquid bleach does.
If you want the paste for cosmetic purposes buy a product specially designed for cosmetic use.

No..but it depends what youwant to clean. Try mixing hydrogen peroxide (from the chemist) with bicarbonate of soda....
AJAX, which is pretty old used to be a powdered bleach. I don't think you can get this anymore, but my mum uses CIF cream in it's place. It's a think cream so the most similar to a paste you'll be able to find I think.
You can use Vanish Oxy powder to mix to a paste and it is very good at removing most stains from most things. Good luck!
