Modular Home Foundation Inspection Needed contained by Mississippi?

My ceiling and walls have cracks contained by them. I have individual been within the house one year. I am going through the required legal measures of my state to attain repairs performed. The personality who sold me the house s trying to say it is everyday settling.

I just want to know if at hand is something wrong with the foundation to be precise going to cause years of grief or if it really is average settling.

I have see a lot of foundation settling here contained by NC this year due to drought - cracked walls, ceilings and even cracked cement and brick foundations. When you hold an inspection done, they can tell if it is structural or basically cosmetic issues. Most houses will settle over time. I have repaired cosmetic problems and they hold lasted for years. Structural is an entirely different situation.
