It's not illegal, but it will take a long time it will ruin your scissors. Also scissors do not make a good cut if you're talking about grass. They squeeze the blade of grass instead of just cutting it like a lawnmower blade or a string trimmer chord and this hurts the grass.
WE'LL I FEEL like this sometimes ya have to do what ya gotta do good job but try to get a lawn mower or a goat works better
