Estimate of House Values?

You can find what you need at zillow.com

You do not specify if you are interested in home values because you are speculating or if you are interested in finding out the value of your own home.
If you are speculating, I'd say look online (at a realtor's site - like Remax) and search for homes that are for sale in the general vicinity you are looking to buy. Also, look for pricing on homes that fit the parameters of the home you want to buy (no. of bedrooms, no. of bathroom, square footage), including the AGE of the home. This should give you a good idea of what the going rate is in your community.
If you want to know the value of your home just because you're curious, then you can probably use the above method to get a ball park idea of the value of your place.
BUT if you want to know the value of your home because you are thinking of selling it or because you are planning a refinance, I STRONGLY recommend you hire a reputable appraiser to walk your home and give you an expert quote. If the appraiser is less than honest, you might possibly end up with an inflated idea of the value of your home. In the case of refi, this could lead to foreclosure somewhere down the road (if you end up owing $230K on a $200K house, you'll never be able to sell it).
Appraisers usually run around $300. I KNOW it seems like a huge amount to pay someone to tell you how much your house it worth, but if it saves you from financial grief down the line, it's WORTH the investment.
Hope this helped. Good luck.
