My husband and I are looking at a house with Geothermal Heating. It be originally a beautiful home, but the previous owners neglected it and shabby the inside. It has a private pond and an shocking yard fountain, which I would want to rupture out - however we were in recent times told it has something to do near the heating. The house also have a wood burning stove. Is the Geothermal not sufficient enough to hold on to the house warm? I am not a woodburning stove disciple. How do you like your Geothermal system? Does it save your house warm?
Answers: geo thermal is great.I work on them adjectives the time. I have one at my house of late waiting for me to install it. The unit should be capable of heat the house if it is sized properly. The wood stove may be for extreme cold for when the pond freezes would be my guess, or the ripened owner just looked-for to burn wood. I would assume they are using the pond for the water supply and return to the element. Geo is very rationalized and cheap to operate and can even heat your hot hose down with a reheat coil if equipped.
