There are more rats than people in UK and you are never very far from one. If a rat wants to get in it will, it can even come up through your toilet. If the is nothing in your room to attract it then it probably won't both but if it can smell food it probably can and will.

Well, Personaly, I wouldn't be bothered about a Rat getting in through your window. Leave your window open then the next day, your DVD Player has gone ;o

rats will eat it only if you have rats. Call your version on our animal control and see if you have a rodent problem.

Don't worry about rats coming in the window upstairs unless the window is at floor level . Think about the Spiders !
