property bought at aution and lost £20.000?

is there anything we can do? bought a house at auction with sitting tenant, unbeknown to us. Now have lost out £20.000 deposit. Can you help please, are now homeless.

IF THE SELLER MISS-REPRESENTED THE PROPERTY AND GAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT THE HOUSE HAD VACANT POSSESSION you have a case against him/her for fraud and obtaining money under false pretences EVEN IF THERE IS A TENANT IN THE HOUSE you can still demand a fair rental from them and this would be enough to pay the mortgage in the long run this could be a good investment.
