would u report someone for using a hose pipe to water flowers!!??

across the rd they have a lovely garden,no wonder it looks nice they get out their hose pipe & water it almost every day,I told the woman its not allowed she gave me a dirty look & carried on..actually I dont think she is understanding de english I is talking lol,should I report them?

i dont think you can ..... but if you do your a rat bag ... im watering my lawn on a sprinkler right now ... bin on for nearly 3 hours so far ... i pay good money for water rates so im entitled , an nobody goner stop me from havin a green lawn

How would you feel if I asked other people should I report you for being what one might describe as racist which I personally dont think you are. I think you are just a naive person who might have travelled no more than a 2-mile radius his residence who think its funny that some people dont speak English but doesnt appreciate that even those people know how to communicate in A language that is spoken by million others amongst themselves hence not a big deal that some of us human beings dont speak english. no don't report them- the enjoyment you probably get from them caring for their garden should offset your rather high minded sentiments- also bear in mind that the water companies waste so much water each day the hose pipe bans are an utter nonsense... I'm sure you feel it is in 'the public interest' but it's misplaced imo.....

no i wouldn't all this hose pipe ban is utter nonsense we live on a bloody island for cryin out loud we are surrounded by water u would think that modern science would of developed a way of treating the sea water so they could use that if there is such a bad water shortage
get your garden watered,dont get caught,dont complain,(to much) and yes decelanation plants have been sucking sea water up for donkeys years
