What is a perfect contract of public sale? is voiced arrangement considered as a perfect contract of Dutch auction?
Answers: Umm... no. At least, I don't surmise so. I think you should other have a written contract of public sale just to protect yourself. A written contract of public sale should also state what the terms of your agreement are. You could own a verbal agreement and later shake on it, but the person you have that agreement with can efficiently turn things around and then it's his word against yours. Technically, a written contract is legitimately binding. Even if you are selling something to someone you know or trust, it's always polite to have it surrounded by writing just surrounded by case something happen. I know this sounds bad, but when it comes to stuff resembling that, I trust no one.
