How do I get rid of this green slim/algae stuff stale my decking. It is making it rather slippy. I have tried power wash it, this only removes some of it and it comes posterior within a few weeks.

I would use bleach, would butcher the algae, and keep it clear for a while, you may enjoy to treat your wood, give it a contemporary paint job. Maybe re-sand it. The wood must be really raining if its allowing for mold to build up on it.
