I am changing a euro lock it wont slide out and is jamming on something inside how do I get the lock out?
Answers:
Seeing as you have no keys, the euro barrel will have to be drilled open, unfortunately, being a locksmith, i'm not allowed to tell you how to do it. But it's really quite simple. The best bet is always the professionals, however once you know how it's done once, you won't need to worry about it in the future!
If you do decide to try it yourself, i can tell you that when the lock has been drilled sufficiantly, you will be able to turn the keyhole with a screwdriver just enough for the barrel to slide out freely!

Call a professional lock smith. They're not that expensive, and will save you the cost of replacing the door.

don't force the mechanism it will give freely with gentle persuasion.
Unscrew the bolt in the forend plate and remove, push the cylinder in and out it comes, just like that.
