i have a 4 bedroom 2 hip bath 2800 sq. ft. house in a vastly exclusive neighborhood, with 2 coup¨¦ attached garage and 2 car detached, an inground pool. and a full white privacy balustrade on 2 lots. huge brick entrance priced at $255.000 and the value is over 300,000. but IT WILL NOT SALE! is at hand anyway to like perchance call a company or something and they"ll close to buy it? i need to put up for sale quickly but i dont want to pocket less than 240,000 for it but i requirement some ideas on how to put on the market quickly!
Answers: Have you gone through a Realtor? Some of them will buy your house if they enjoy not sold it in a specific amount of time, similar to six months or a year. Since you are in a hurry to flog, there are indisputable estate auction companies you could have supply your house. They will also take a percentage of your Dutch auction, but if you sell it for over what you are currently asking, it might be worth it. Put a reserve on it so if you don't find your 240,000 you don't have to afford it up.
Since I don't even know what state you are in it is knotty to give you specifics, but I would try to vend it in an auction to achieve rid of it quick. Look surrounded by your local phone book for companies.
