Looking for plant that will be cheery on south facing windowsil above a radiator.?

We have taken our lattice curtains down and I feel a touch bit exposed. So looking for some plants for the windowsil. Preferably 1-2 feet elevated and bushy but not a strict requirement. Plants will get adjectives the radiator's heat when the curtains are shut.


Answers:    Something tropical will create it in the roast. Try a potted heliconia, azalea, bromeliad or aloe plant. Depending on how hot it gets, you could even try a tomato plant. Another pick is to plant lucky bamboo within a very sturdy diminish window box.
