2-4-D Mixture?

I was wondering what the correct mixture is for mixing 2-4-D in my 2 gallon Ortho sprayer. How many ounces per gallon of water. My 2-4-D instructions are missing. And does that take care of most weeds?

I oz. per gallon but everyone uses more. that won't hurt. It gets all broad leaf weeds.
