After adding soda ash to my perfectly clear pool to raise the ph, the water became cloudy and is still cloudy.

Don't worr. It'll clear up. Do take a water sample to a pool store and have it checked for calcium hardness and cyanuric acid.
ok try this if it doesnt clear up in a couple days.................per 1000 gal of water use one quart muratic acid mix it slowly this will counteract the soda ash and clear up the pool water and depending on the type of liner you have id just use the acid to ballance the ph in the water
