Has anyone in the UK ever bought a sofa at full price?

Sice all the places like DFS, MFI, furniture village etc. all seem to have permanent sales on, is there anyone out there who has ever bought a sofa that hasn't been reduced from its original price?

Answers:
Half Price is full price.

If you offer the retailers half the price they're asking they'll turn you down 100% of the time.

I wish I could say they're fooling no-one but it's not true.

Have you seen the "Bull Fighting" section under Society and Culture?

This question could have been posted there!!

Other answers:
Never, they are a rip off!
I bought my sofa from Next, half price sale

i don't think they ever are really 'reduced' they just say they are to make you think you are getting a bargain but your not, it's quite skanky really ent it, but never mind, i got my sofa from scs and paid 2 grand, call that a bargain. K
LOL

Actually when a company advertises that it has cut the price of a product from A to B, legally it has to have had the product for sale at the higher price previously. That potentially means there could be some poor soul somewhere watching the TV and seeing that the sofa they paid £1500 for can now be picked up for a fiver.
what ever you pay is full price
well people must, because to have an item in a sale it must have been full price for no less than 28 days prior to the sale.
I wouldn;t buy a sofa in the US or any where in the world at full price.
