How much does it cost to transport a postcard and how much does it cost to dispatch a regular envelope????

I have forgotten! The Post Office have raised the rates so normally that I just completely cannot remember the cost!


Answers:    Letter, up to but not including 2 ounces, .41 cents. (Since postage is calculated on shipment, the postage on a regular envelope can vary. A Christmas card? usually lower than 2 ounces. Add .17 cents for each spare ounce up to 4 ounces then it jump you to Priority Mail rates, currently $4.60 and up.)

Regular Postcard, .26 cents.

Large Postcard, (over 6" x 4.25"), .41 cents
