Who can i appointment to grasp this tree cut down?

my next door neighbor have this realy realy tall pine tree. i anticipate its huge and its starting to tip and when wind come it moves stern and forth. me and my other neighbor worry that it will dive on our houses. the person that owns the house that have the tree is to lazy to do something going on for it and plus if it falls they dont care. its not going to dive on their home. who can i call win it cut down?Thanks


Answers:    If it is not on your property, then you can't officially cut it down.

You could call the city, and see if they will cite the neighbor for have such a dangerous tree on their property (and thus force them to cut it down). But if the tree looks respectable, it is unlikely that the city will order it removed.

Make sure that you hold good homeowner's insurance and keep hold of negotiating near your tree-owning neighbor.

If you are very frightened, maybe you and your other neighbor could offer to foot to get it removed? Get two or three estimates from tree removal companies (check the pallid pages or Angies List) and see if you can negotiate near the tree owner for its removal.
