You can get someone to trap it in a bag and release it outside. That's how my friend got rid of hers.
In the UK they are protected - so you are not allowed to harm them.

Besides they are really good for keeping the insect numbers down in your garden.
get a critter getter or animal control place to come out and remove them- I had one get in the house once, they can and grabbed it and took it right outside. They should also inspect your attic and roof and see how they are getting in, and tell you what needs to be done to keep them out, otherwise they will just come right back in, you will likely need some wire screening over some opening or other.
