Hi hugely woozy gas odor coming from stove top oven?
This morning i woke up and thought i smelled a faint gas smell. i enjoy a gas oven and a weekor two ago one of the pilot lights was out and we relit it and everything be fine the smell from the pilot light man out was unbelievably noticable. so of course i checked but they be on. but this confuses me because i went out for a bit since i wasnt sure i be smelling anything. you know clear my senses when i came wager on in i couldnt smell anything until im nose up to the oven and in the oven i enjoy fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms i would figure one of them would be going sour the oven seems properly old it come with the apt im within but ive only lived here for a few months also the building is pretty mature and uses steam heat.... any thoughts should i be calling the gas company oven is a freestanding chef mate

If it is an older model stove, it could be that the pilot burners are not lit. Usually enjoy a safety built within to the valve. Check to engender sure the pilots are lit. If it is a newer style stove, they have electronic igniters. There could be a small seep at any of the connections for the incoming gas line. If you enjoy access to the connections, try tightening them and then check adjectives connections with a soap and marine solution. This will show you where the escape is at.
