it really depends on your preference, but about 76 is good.
You can also use a fan blowing on you so that you have a wind chill affect. Then you can raisethe setting on the A/C to save some money
68-72 degrees is a national standard comfort zone but ultimately it is your decision. It depends mainly on your climate and believe it or not your size and age. Size is obvious but as you get older your blood is thinner and therefore you do not need as much cooling to be comfortable.
