venus fly trap dying:(?

the soil is extremely dry, and the traps are sagging down and look like they're dead, but still some green on them. i watered it with it with some water from the sink. then i remembered that some waters are bad for the vft. is sink water bad? can i still revive it? all help is appreciated.
