Aren't pool liners on the bottom suppose to be blue?
Answers:
Sorry, but you get what you pay for. That is not only a paper thin liner, but the pattern on it, could throw off so many different colours, you'd never know what it could actually look like, when installed, unless you saw one already in a pool. You did look at one like that, right? Installed in filled pool. You didn't just buy blindly, assuming that what you see in air, is the same as what you see when water is done refracting light. You were there, when the liner was installed, right?
As for their response to you. I wasn't there and cannot judge. What I can tell you, is that they didn't make the liner, they just sell it. They also can't take it back after it's been installed. Their supplier, either Triac or Cantar, won't let them. You've already had the returns and skimmer cut. If you'd taken action before that, you may have gotten them to take it back. Not now. No company would do it.

It appears to be both green and brown. I guess they could have been nicer about it and offered to replace it with a different one. However I think they would have had to charge you the shipping. Most places do say color may appear different on your computer. I don't see that here. Expensive way to learn about a company's integrity
