i have black spots on my purple coneflowers and the plants are small any cures?



Answers:
Gray molds occasionally and bacterial spots. The only real insect problems are Vine Weevils, which will feed on the root stock and root aphids. The largest problem is Aster yellows, a virus, which produce stunted plants with grotesquely formed flower heads. The flowers will be all green with cactus looking points forming a semi globe. The disease is spread by aphids and other insects.
