My bathroom door had a little slit in the knob. It's like a key slot, but it's perfectly straight. All I do it take a knife and wiggle it in the slit until the door clicks open. Might try that by using the knife (Butter knife should work nicely) in the space between the door and the frame to force the door open? Just don't use your credit card, it'll mess it up a bit.

remove the door from the hinges
there is usually a pinhole on pushbutton locks on the handle. You can push a small rod or the tube of a q-tip through it to pop open the lock.
take the screws out of the door knob...put a screw driver in the square hole and turn.
if there's a hole large enough for you to climb though,then..,that's the way,but if not...,broke the lock,that's what i do 1 time,ha!
there should be a hole in the knob where you can put a wire in and turn the lock.

Is there a hole in the center of the handle?-if so, get a shish kabob stick (or something of the like) and stick it in and jimmy it. No hole-slide a c/c between the lock & the wall or unscrew the handle
if there is a small hole in it you put a small screwdriver in the hole and turn it.
bust the door !
jam a knife between the door and the door frame where the lock mechanism is at until you feel the locking component, then press that in as you push the door. Be carful. It doesn't have to be a sharp knife you can use a butter knife and you may scrape some paint off the door and frame, but once its open remember to unlock the door knob.
take off the doorknob. If you can't do that, then you'll need to take the whole door off the hinges
call someone help you
press a rod into the wee-hole then turn, or take off hinges, or credit card, or crawl through window, or kick it through and replace the knob with one you can pick.
Unscrew the door handle, take out both sides, go to store and buy new one, put it in and screw into place. Wa-la, no locked door.
