finding a apartment with a bad credit history?
Answers:
If your working at a good job and been on the job for over a year have your boss write a letter of recommendation concerning your working habits and that your job is stable. Also, it would help if you are working with a credit debt consolidation company. They can help with a letter or a phone call. Some apartment rental places have six months lease which would help prove you can pay the bill and get a year lease the next time.
Good luck to you.

wow, your credit is so bad you can't even get an apartment?! You might want to PAY YOUR BILLS on time from now on. I couldn't imagine my credit being THAT bad.
I've been buying houses since I was 21, so I'm glad I NEVER have to rent an apartment.
there are apartments that will take you on a case by case basis. but it gets expensive paying fees for checking. you can get a list from hud from your county for disabled that even though you may not, it lists every apartment complex in your county and the cost to move in along with what they require for credit or which ones will work with you. i got such a list from a disabled friend in my county and even top complexes were on it. you know ahead of time who to look at saving you time and money.
