DON"T EAT IT
you'll usually find it in cracker/cookie bags--anything that needs to keep dry/crisp. as the other answerers already shared, it's silica gel beads which absorbs moisture. make sure you don't eat it!
i dont know what that is but i think its there to keep the moisture off.
it usually says on it do not eat this, used to keep product dry
Just a freshness pouch is all, you can throw it away -don't let the kids eat it or play with it nor let your pets have it cuz it's poisonous to them if swallowed
The small globules in the little paper bag is a drying agent (desiccant), such as calcium oxide or silica gel. This is usually packed together with something that is likely to damaged (or lose efficacy) by moisture/humidity - e.g., electronic components/gadgets. As the moisture (if any) within the packing is absorbed and so the component remains relatively dry.
It is a drying agent that absorbs moisture that could damage the product in which it is eclosed. Also, comes in some bottles of vitamins as well as food product.s. Don't eat it and be sure that i kiddos don't get hold of it.
