Anyone else freaked out by Big spiders?
Huntsmen are intended to be fairly safe just a hurtful bite if you get bitten. But we also bring back alot of redbacks and big females.
Answers: I live in Sydney Aus and Huntsmans Spider are other sneaking in my home. Like you said they are non venomous but they can alarm the life out of you and they can run ending.
I don't like to spoil them either if i don't enjoy to. This is how I now receive rid of them and get them out side.
I obtain my vacuum cleaner and where the metal hose join the plastic flexible part I put a piece of fine netting contained by between the 2 parts and join them together.
The piece of fine netting prevents the spider individual sucked into the dust bag. When you enjoy sucked the Huntsman into the hose part of the vacuum cleaner, pocket the cleaner to a window or the posterior door and as fast as you can (while the cleaner is still on) verbs the flexible part out of the vacuum cleaner and put it into the fall that blows the air out. As you properly own already guessed the spider shoots out of the hose into the garden.
The first time I did that the Huntsman landed surrounded by the tree just out side. After that I couldn't stop laughing, I hold imaging what it would have looked similar to if someone was walking former my house and it lands on them doing 200 km per hour.

So far not one Huntsman has be hurt by sucking and blowing them outside.
Dude, I saw the movie Arachnaphobia and those spiders freaked me out!!!!! LOLZ!!11!!!!!! Kill them all.
