Will lexan glass crack from a bb or pellet gun?

It depends on how thick it is, if your replacing a normal window anything 1/4" or less, then yes it will. The safty of it is it wont shatter or blow out from the backside. It has more "give" to it but to stop a 357 bullet it needs to be at least 3/4" and then I would not be standing on the other side.

if ur using "true lexan glass, 1/4" or thicker, then no! i installed 1/2" thick panels in a police station and it was certified to with stand a 357 bullet.
