What are these call and where on earth can I find them?

I'm looking for something to put over a cabinet door that holds long boxes, such as aluminum foil and saran wrap. I'm also looking for one of those things that holds plastic bags. I look for them every time I be in motion into any grocery or general store, but can't find them.

They are located at home improvement stores surrounded by the department that has flex metal shelves and such.

They are also at stores like Garden Ridge within the Rubbermaid department. I have also see them at Kmart and Walmart in the Rubbermaid department. Look around where on earth the kitchen stuff is like plastic bowls, pyrex dishes and such.

I own also seen them at the Dollar Tree on experience but not always..their inventory change out fast.
