I no longer live by myself but did from the time I was 23 until I was 31. It was the greatest, next to living with my husband and daughter :).
PROS: Decorate however you want
Listen to whatever music you want
No annoying friends of roommates
No annoying roommates
Your indiscretions are between you and the indiscretion
No waiting for the bathroom
You can throw parties whenever you want
CONS: Cost, which means nothing compared to the pros!!
Enjoy your independence!!
