You should treat the yard with ORTHO MAX BugBGone as it will kill off the fleas and ticks in your yard, (where the dog gets them) and not bring them in to the house.

I used to use this powered soap for the laundry to do it ,, i for get the name. ya just spread it on the carpet ,, i got it at publix in Florida , yellow box
You may be able to get it at a pharmacy. I believe that was where I was told I could get when I had fleas. Try a small hardware store as well. They have more traditional items are way more helpful then a Home Depot or Lowes.
Please take them to a vet if they are unwell and need treating.
In the UK it is illegal to treat an animal without consulting a vet first.
or if you mean give them a treat, I don't think they would like boric acid much; a nice juicy dog would be better.
You can find it at most Home and Garden Stores if it is for the lawn/garden or hard floor areas in the house. Do not use it on carpets, any type of rugs, or areas with children access. If for pets use a flea collar or shots.
