In any "elbow grease" type of situation such as this, your spouses tooth-brush will do a much better job than your own.
use a light solution of X-40, a household bleach formula. Or a sponge, like rubbing not too hard to scratch tiles.
If it's real noticeable you may have to get a soft scrub brush and some algacide to scrub it off. When the tempretures rise so does the chance for algae to grow in your pool. i suggest shocking your pool at least once every week or so (a super chlorination process, comes in tablets or powder) in the summer months and add a algecide once a month or so based on the instructions
