Round-up is a comprehensive weed and brush killerfrom Monanto corp.that is veryy effective at killing brush,too.You may have to apply it several times over a number of weeks,but it will evntually work.The fire ants,depending on why they are coming in your house,should be looking for food or water,unless,godforbid,they are nesting in the wall.Try using ant poison,there's several on the market,or make your own by mixing boric acid with corn syrup,put drops on squares of cardboard in the ant trails,the workers will take it home to momma,and the queen dies.
