Would you buy a house with renovation & furnitures but 10%~20% expensive than the rest?

Answers:
Just remember that you will be financing that furniture for 30 years! Used furniture is worth pennies on the dollar, not a good long term investment for your money. Renovations, yes, IF they are in the kitchen and bathrooms. Livingroom carpet wears out soon and not worth the extra percentages. Weigh the plusses carefully. It's your money.

Other answers:
It depends on the if the existing renovation is what you like and the type of furniture tt is being given to you. if everything is what I like or close to my liking, i will take the the house. So it depends on your taste
