Its a fungus the same fungus that killed my begonia:(.Only water your indoor plants (if you have high humidity) only when the dirt no longer sticks to your finger, it will keep it from happening. And a good fungicide will help just make sure its safe for your plant.
Thats fungi spores. Probably go away by itself or just push the soil around and bury them. Don't be alarmed. It's good for the plant.
