Sounds like you have a little more going on then needing pepper spray. I would call your wildlife division. It is their job to help you.They can relocate the bats for you. The smell of bat dung is so powerful I doubt you can find anything to mask it.The bats are attracted to this smell. Once they are gone you will need to scrub, prime and paint.

If bats are roosting in your house, you will have to wait until the pups can fly. There is little you can do at this point. After they are all able to fly and leave for the day, your best bet is to bat-proof your house, seal off all entrances. Chemicals and other ultrasonic devices have not shown to be effective.
Be aware that bats are truly helpful, even though right now they are probably a worry to you. Talk to a naturalist in your area for some guidance with your species.
Leave the bats alone. They'll go out naturally. Close the door, switch off the light and open the window. Make sure they can't get in the next night. Close all doors and windows.
Don't use detergents. It's cruel. Bats are free animals, remeber that. You wouldn't like someone putting out detergent to get rid of you.
