what is the best way to get rid of a bee hive?
Answers:
Wait till the dead of night. Slide a plastic trash bag around it and dislodge it. Then twist tie the end. They have no night vision so try this with-out a flashlight. Please be conscience of nature and relocate it. You don't have to tie it up again. Just enable them to get out. Believe it or not bees are good bugs.
Other answers:
Poke it with a stick, and if that doesnt work, try screaming and headbutting it. If that all fails try licking it.

get some nice guy to pour some gasoline into it. It will kill everything in it. Check to see if this is again local laws and be sure no one is smoking!
You can purchase sprays at Home Depot that will take care of it or call in some Professionals.
Hire jdbacker356 to do what he is suggesting for you. :)
call an exterminator.
or get your/dad/brother/b.f to spray the hell out of it with some bug killer......at dusk when it's cooler and the bastards aren't as ornery. good luck!
Call a professional otherwise you may get hurt very badly, and if you are allergic to bee venom could even die.
They are probably traveling, so at the least they should leave any day now. You can call a bee person and they can come and get them. Or get a bee hive box, smoke the bees get the queen (she is on the inside of the hive) and move her to the box, all the workers will follow. They are most probably harmless. Although there are the african killer bees, and they are dangereous. I don't know how to tell them apart. Wait a few days and see if they leave. If not call a Bug guy.
Burn some stuff directly bellow the hive the bees dont like smoke and they move away. Thats the most effective way I have ever some across.
