Has Anyone Noticed A Huge Number Of Spiders This Year?

When all that comes into a plant is SH*T.., it attracts flies.., right.., well .., I may not be the most observant person in the world.., but how I missed this clue is even beyond my "head up the *ss" routine.
There are no flies.., mmmm!
One day I needed to survey an area of the plant.., all woods and swamp..,and while walking through a heavy wooded area.., off in my own world.., I walked into a spider's web that was AT LEAST 10 -11feet wide,by, 12-13 feet high!!
SO ! SCREAMING like a little girl.., ( and I am 6'1", 240), I see this thing coming down from the top of the web at me..,it was not quite as big as a tennis ball .., but ,HEY, I wasn't going to get close enough to measure it..,
I am sinking just past the top of my work boots in mud/water..,
Trying to run out I ran into MORE..,
I guess I see the wretched creatures multiplying faster than I care for..,

yea! this is the first year i have bought raid, and we also get a lot of centipedes in the house! sooo gross!
That's weird...now that I think about it. I am experiencing the complete opposite, I haven't seen any spiders this year..which is weird.

No, but I usually just export them. They eat flying bugs & I hate flys & mosquitos....I like spiders!
YES YES YES YES. Within in the last month I have killed at least 10 spiders in my house. I have never had to kill that many.

We have a monster spider lving in the shed and about three billion living under our decking.

Yep. Don't know where you live, but my state had hardly no winter, which is unusual, and no good freeze. This is what kills off a bunch of them. Mosquitos are really bad to. As much as I hate cold, I am praying for a few days of butt freezing cold weather, cause if we don't get it, I really hate to think of what next summer will be like!

And ants,mice,rats,cockroaches etc. Mild winters and a hot July have made it easy to breed and flourish.

Yes, loads and they're BIG! Every so often, my 16-year old daughter starts to scream, then sob, and I have to go and catch the offender. At one point, she was saying that she'd have to leave home as we have so many spiders! One was so large that my boyfriend got a bit worried about catching it. he got a glass over it, but when offered a postcard to slide under, insisted on having something more substantial!

No, but I want to warn you about a new spider they have found in Miami and on an airplane. This was in the newspaper. It is a small spider that either has a red back or red legs. Two people in Miami were bitten by one and one man on an airplane. All three died before they could find out what was wrong with them!

i ve noticed a lot of them just little ones though i have a big fear of them too so it makes it really hard
it dont matter how clean ya house is spiders will still come out and scare the crap outta ya lol, there have been more this year due to the heatwave we have had which has caused them 2 breed more (lucky us who hate spiders) but my dad always used to tell me that its good to have fred in the house (my dads fave spider)

Yes, they have been placed by Hollywood as a promo for Samuel L Jackson movie next year called 'Spiders on a bus'. Not as big budget as this years film but they are running out of ideas now.

Yeah totally agree i live in a first floor flat! and there has been loads and my girl wont go to sleep if she knows that one is in the room or even the flat it's a joke!
