uncle bob is right,there ant Meany locks out there that cant be picked, are keys that cant be duplicated. the hardiest is U.S. lock and wiser sometimes can be a problem. They are not hard to duplicate but are hard to find the blanks. Locks can be duplicated I do it most every day its called re keying. you code one lock to another so the same key fits both locks. Its easily done with pin type locks some what hard with wafer type locks hard with ace type locks found on vending machines. So as a certified lock smith i would say in short the answer to your question is the Chicago ace lock.
